Email reaches us fastest and leaves a written record of your order — we recommend it for anything involving artwork, a claim, or a specification. Call if you would rather talk it through.

Please put your order number in the subject line — it lets us pull up your file straight away and answer properly the first time.

Response times

We answer within 2 business days, and usually the same day. Messages sent over a weekend or a public holiday are picked up on the next business day.

If you have not heard from us after 3 business days, please check your spam folder before writing again — automated replies occasionally end up there.

For a logo, a business sign, or a piece at a size we do not list, email support@famikat.com with your artwork, the size you have in mind, and where it will hang. We will come back with a quote, a production estimate, and a design proof before anything is built.

If you need the piece for a fixed date, say so in your first message and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
